如果轮到A选择的时候，A方有多个最优选择，究竟怎么算？
只要有一个选择能达到平衡，就算是平衡，还是只要有一个选择达不到平衡，就算不平衡？

平衡是怎么定义的？
是双方都稳定在一种选择 叫做平衡（也就是选择(a, b)，A选a导致B选b，B选b导致A选a），还是双方都稳定在一个利益值算是平衡（也就是选择可能变化，但是利益值总是不变的）？
